Scenic passage

Temae and the deep blue

After leaving Vai’are’s Marina and passing through the reef, the lagoon’s turquoise shallows give way to deep cobalt water. Cruise past palm-fringed Temae Beach on the way toward the bays. Spinner dolphins sometimes travel nearby, and humpback whales may be seen offshore during their migration season.

Possible lagoon stop

Moorea’s sandbars

Depending on your wishes, timing, and conditions, stop in clear, shallow lagoon water to snorkel, swim, or paddleboard. Rays, reef sharks, and colorful fish may be seen here; sightings are never guaranteed.
